- Applicants must pass the relevant due diligence checks with Hungary law enforcement, national security and Schengen authorities.
Timeline and Process

Investment Stage
All applicants are required to travel to Hungary after receiving their guest investor visa to complete the investment process and submit their residence permit application at the immigration authority or online through the ‘Enter Hungary’ portal.

Approval Stage
Applicants will receive a 10 year residence permit which is renewable every 10 years providing the investment is not sold.
